CalorieCraft Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sunil Karki ("we", "us") for your use of the CalorieCraft app and service. By using CalorieCraft you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

CalorieCraft provides general nutrition and fitness information. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other professional. Calorie targets, nutrition values, photo estimates and coach replies are estimates and can be wrong. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or have a history of disordered eating.

AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (for example, meal photo estimates and the coach). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; check it before relying on it. Usage limits apply to these features.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information so the app can work for you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's data, no unlawful or abusive content, and no automated use beyond normal app use. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You own the photos, logs and recipes you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and update the date above.

Ending your account

You can stop using CalorieCraft at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

CalorieCraft is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates or suggestions.

App stores

If you got CalorieCraft from Apple's App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
